I am on xp have vx 6000 and it locks up when ever I open it, the camera works through Facebook but not on the software included

I have the same problem.

i installed the software for lifecam vx6000 and tha first time it played. When I changed the video resolution to 1.3 Mpixel, it stopped playing and now the lifecam software cannot be used. The resolution button is deactivated. I can only use the camera through skype but i cannot fix the resolution,

have you tryed uninstalling it and then putting the software back on
