You likely have something stuck in your pump. Remove the lower front panel. (there are 3 #20 torx screws on the bottom of it holding it on) Once you have the panel off, the white object in the front center is your pump. Remove the #20 torx screw out of there too to make life easier. Slide the pump forward
slightly so you can raise it. Now, on the front of the pump is a handle that you will need to trun counter clockwise. So after placing something under neath to catch the water left inside the machine ( a large bowl or bucket), turn the knob SLOWLY counter clock wise. If there is too much water for your container, screw it back clockwise and go empty your container. Repeat until all of the water is out. Once that is done, unscrew it all of the way and slide if forward. You will usually find missing socks, toys, coins and all other kinds of fun objects. While you have the trap out, reach in with your finger to the hole on the right. Try and turn the wheel inside to make sure there isn't anything keeping it from turning (bobby pins, nails, screws, etc) If there is, you will need to unclamp both hoses on the back of the pump and remove any further forign objects. Now re-assemble the unit but leave the panel off. Run a quick fill and drain to make sure all of your connections are tight and you don't have any leaks. Put your panel back in and you're ready to go.

Sorry Terry - I'm not used to this site! Question was - anyone know what the error message E34 means on an Ariston Boiler MicroGenus 24HE please?

The information I have found states it is a problem with the pressure switch. A faulty pressure switch will prevent ignition from occurring. Here is a Youtube video link showing the issue. Reading the comments below may assist you in isolating your problem. Hope this helps!

Getting a H then a F error when the washer is washing a load.... I ended up turning it off. I've also received a F 02 error and a SUD error.

Hello, the H and F error means no water is detected entering the machine or the pressure switch trip is not detected. If the control has turn the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valve will be turn off and the error code will be display.
So try the following steps
1. Check drain pump operation
2. Check the pressure switch hose to see if it's in good condition and properly connected to tub and pressure switch
3. Check is it is not a siphon problem
4. Check wire harness connections to: inlet valves, pressure switch, drain pump, flow meter, and central control unit(CCU)
5. Check all hoses for possible leaks
6. Check pressure switch operations
7. Check flow meter operation
8. Check CCU operation

F-02 ERROR: Means "Long Drain" that is if the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valve are turn off and F-02 is flashed. Check the following
1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged kinked.
2. Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects
3. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
And for the SUD error means after 4 minutes of the draining process the "sud"error will be display and 4 minutes later the F-02 will be displayed. So apply the solution for the F-02 to these.
Thanks

I have a Kenmore HE 3T washer the display is saying F 02 what does that mean

"F02" is a Long Drain error code. This is an indication that you have an obstruction somewhere in the drainage system. Most commonly, this means there is something lodged in the drain pump or inlet line running from the wash tub to the pump. There is a white screw off cap on the drain pump that you can remove to inspect the pump impeller and clean. The following link explains:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3608545-f02_error_code

Included is a follow-on link that explains how to check the drain pump to clean. You may also have to remove the inlet hose that runs from the bottom of the wash tub to the inlet side of the drain pump. Debris and small articles of clothing can commonly clog in this area as well causing the drain cycle to fail.

NOTE: The "SUD" error code can often occur in conjunction with the "F02" error code. This is due to air being detected in the drainage system, which can occur if the pump is not running, or if you have an obstruction BEFORE the pump. You need to remove the inlet hose from the pump to ensure it is also not blocked. Correct your drainage system fault, and the SUD error should go away.

If you have any questions about this repair, or need additional assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

NOTE: If these preliminary measures do not correct your problem, you may have to replace the drain pump. It does not take much to damage the pump impeller or motor. Since the error code is generated if the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes, if the pump is damaged and can't pump at the required volume, the error code will continue to appear until the pump is replaced.

It shows 02 and f

I'm assuming this is either a Whirlpool Duet or Kenmore Elite front loader? Since you posted no brand name or model number, its hard to determine, but I do know these error codes are usually for these brand washers.

"F02" is a Long Drain error code, which usually means you have an obstruction in the drain pump, drain lines, or the drain pump has failed. The following link explains:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r615268-f02_error_code_whirlpool_duet_kenmore

The "SUD" error can commonly occur with this error due to the detection of air in the drain pump (lack of water flow). If cleaning the drain pump reservoir, and checking all the drain hoses does not correct the problem, you may have a failed drain pump.

Replacement pumps can be purchased on line at searspartsdirect.com, appliancepartspros.com, repairclinic.com or pcappliancerepair.com. All these sites offer competitive pricing so shop all of them for the best price.

If you have any questions about this repair please let me know. I hope this helps you.
