Toshiba 1065cds Laptop - Won't Stay ON (by 2 users)

I have a 1065cds, it will not stay on.

It is hooked up through the DC cord, but will not power up.

The on indicator light come on and you hear it working, but after a few seconds - it turns back of.

During all of this, the battery indicator flashes green.

Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
