Purple legs

My daughter is 5 months old and not a chubby baby. We've really liked the Bjorn active up til now. We have it adjusted to the correct height but her legs turn purple when she is in it. Any suggestions? We can't use it this way.

ApprenticeWhich way is she facing? I have a 9 month old baby boy and this doesn't happen, and he is a little hefty! I am wondering if your lower straps are too tight. If she is facing forward, does she lean forward having the material cut into her legs? Maybe that causes the circulation loss. I always have my son face inward. He likes it more and it is more natural.
