Question about Televison & Video
My son in playing the Wii game, accidentally threw the controller into the LCD tv screen and it is broken. Can it be repaired. The surface of the TV appears ok, but there's a circular display of lights when you turn it on. Thanks for your help.
I can repair screen for 150us dollars

Because of the way that LCD TV’s are constructed (liquid crystals sandwiched between two thin glass panels), they can often prove to be highly susceptible to impact damage. While this means that it may be possible to repair the ring of lights you’re seeing, repairs may not be as cost-efficient as replacing the LCD panel itself or buying a different TV entirely.
To make sure that you’re not simply looking at dead pixels or another kind of hardware defect, I would first suggest contacting Sony directly or your local manufacturer-authorized repair facility. Once basic diagnostics have been performed, technicians should be able to provide you with detailed repair estimates and suggestions on how to proceed.
Hope this helps you out.
