SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You can get support of your player via this link:

http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?tmplt=ePlatform%20-%20Philips&scy=US&slg=AEN&sct=FLASH_AUDIO_PLAYER_SU&cat=MP3_MEDIA_PLAYERS_CA&grp=SOUND_AND_VISION_GR&session=20110223094450_93.189.114.198&ctn=SA5285/37&mid=Link_DiagnosticInformationTool&hlt=Link_DiagnosticInformationTool

You should click on Repair/Update and go on step by step. If you would need software for example Philips Device Manager you didn't have, it is downloadable from this site also.
I hope this way you can fix the problem.

It won't turn on! Please help asap!

It could be a hardware issue requiring replacement, but here are the things you can try to narrow it down:
1. Make sure the hold/lock is not engaged
2. Reset the player
3. Run an Updated using the latest version of the Philips Device Manager from Philips website
4. Run a Repair in Philips Device Manager

If these methods fail, call Philips to see if you are still in-warranty.
