Did water go inside the phone?

if yes it can be a great problem.

the water could have shorted some components and can make the phone not usable.

even then a deep service from the service center can clear this problem if you are lucky enough.

    thank you

if you had dried it immediately you wont have to worry much.

My phone fell.in the sink

It might work again if you're able to open up anything that you can open up... and allow to sit in a warm, dry place for a few hours. If you're able, it might help in drying to remove the battery. As you're trying to dry it out, you might want to turn it so that the keys are down. Maybe some moisture will drop out of it. It's an "iffy" deal. Might work... or might not...

My phone will not turn on!

Hello Miechelle,

I'm sorry to hear about the bad news. Razor phones are notorious for having hardware malfunction's.

Whether the phone was or was not dropped you will need to have it replaced. If it's under warranty you can send it in to be repaired, or replaced.

There are no fix's for that type of problem. Sorry about your misfortune. Thank you for trying Fixya!

Was dropped in water

two things that seem to help me when i dropped my phone in a sink was putting it in the freezer over night and then plugging it into my computer. after that it worked fine for the most part, just a little slower when I turned it on.

Dropped in water

this happened to me for more then 3 seconds in water for the razor, turn off the phone, remove the battery and SIM card, let it sit in a dry place over night, and check again next day, it should be fully functional

Dropped it into sink

was there water in the sink at the time?
if so check the connections on the base if there is green corrosion on it the the damage is done you will have to find someone who will repair water damaged phones.
If no water and just the drop that caused the prob then try removing the battery while the phone is still turned on this may shock it back
