Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
This is a known issue with the 360, most likely the cause is that the
spindle that holds the disc is loose or completely broken off. As the
way the cap for the spindle was made, microsoft used a magnet to hold
it in place instead of glue or soldering as most drives would have.

Contact 1-800-4MY-XBOX to get an RMA issued.If your console is out of warranty, open your console and get the model # of the DVD drive used in yours, then check online for any vendors selling replacements.
