SH-S202 wont read disks

-   have the same problem. just bought samsung dvd writer sh-s202 last feb. i've burned a total of 6 cds now it doesnt even detect cds. -   kitakitz

-   i bought a samsung dvd-writer,weeks after i used it problem appears,first theres no sound when i play dvd movies and then when i used it in installation it is very slow,worst i sometimes crahses,what can i do to fix ***,pls advise.-   arjona

-   I have the same problem too. it stopped working after a short time from purchasing it, it won't read any cd or dvd, and when i try to open it it opens but i find nothing. I tried disabling it and uninstalling it and it didn't work at all. the weird thing is it doesn't show any error message whatsoever it's like there's nothing wrong with it.
Please some body help me because i feel like i'm about to lose my mind because of this problem.-   Ice Heart
