I am on my second VX-6000 but still have the same problem.
Install the software and then plug in the cam when prompted. During the
hardware install I get a this error window:
Found New Hardware Wizard.
Cannot install this hardware.
An error occurred during the installation of the device:
The driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry. This
may because the INF was written for Windows 95 or later.
The window has a picture of a speaker, so I downloaded the soundcard driver
again.
I run XP Pro with SP2.
