Do not, do not, do NOT take it apart !! :) that will void ur warranty. as it is, if u are within ur first year, take it into a store or call tech support for a replacement. if ur past a year, use ur insurance or upgrade options. charging ports really cant be fixed. but if u take it into a store with a tech, they may try to fix it, but dont get ur hopes up
