No modem driver

hey all,

           i want to put an internal modem i got from a
friend into my win me box but i dont have any driver or
documentation only the model on the chipset CONEXANT-HSFi
CX11252-11 E232813.1 0224 MEXICO. I did a google search
and found drivers for CONEXANT CX11252-11 but the rest is
different.. would that mater?.. is this a V.90 modem?..
What do you racommend?
