I was told by someone at MICROSOFT to purchase the program at an office supply store and install it with a disk. I'll keep you in mind should something serious happen. thank you.

Please could you tel what trial period are you talking about? Your question is supposed to be about a Toshiba e-Studio 282 Printer

If it's the trial period of an application, normaly it's quite impossible to "reset" trial period.

Hey guys, I bought a e-Studio 453 with that same problem, it has a trial period for printing. Can we remove the trial period without buying a kit? Can we just deactivate it or violate it?

I cannot get my Lexmark X4850 Wireless printer to print anything from my MS Home Office Student 2007 program on my Dell Inspiration 1720 Notebook. I can print anything from e-mails and web sites but not...

Since you can print from other applications we know that the printer is working and correctly installed. Here is my suggestion:

1) Open one of the Office applications. I picked Word
2) Click on the Office button in the upper left hand corner
3) Select print then select print from the new window/menu
4) Look in the box labeled Name. This should be set to the same printer you are using for your other applications.
5) If you are not sure of the printer name you can click on Start, printers and faxes and note which one has the little black check mark next to it. This is the default printer.

Let me know if that does not work for you.

You need to update your Kodak Easy Share and your printer drivers or try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers .

The reason you are facing the problem is because the present drivers are not compatible with Publisher

Scan Editable Documents to Microsoft Word 2007

Hi - off the top of my head, without going in to check the settings at the moment, I would say to go to your PRINTERS & FAXES folder (Start/control panel/Printers & Faxes), and make sure that the printer you want things to go to is set as your DEFAULT printer.

We have the Home & Student edition as well, and it has different defaults - it took me a couple of tries to print to realize that it was trying to send things to a printer/program that really didn't even exist! When we installed MS Office HSE07, it did a lot of tweaking to our system without permission or our knowledge! Shame on MS! It added a printer that we didn't even have, and changed the default to that new odd printer!

Also, for a scanned file, you can set your computer to automatically recognize scanned files as a certain type. Did you want to do that? I hesitate to say set it to have all scanned items sent directly to the printer, since you might scan things you do not need to print!

I don't have my 1350 hooked up at the moment, or I'd jump in and find the exact settings for you (we also run XP). But, it really sounds like the installation of the MS Office has tweaked your printer default settings.

Check that first, and see if that will solve the problem...
Good luck!
