Have you disabled apps on your phone that came on your phone?
You will have to restore your phone this process will delete all your contacts and information on the phone,
turn off the phone
hold power and the home key at the same time
once the power turns on release the power key while still holding the home key and you will see a usb cable on the screen
now plug in the phone to the computer run itunes and it will ask you to update the newest firmware click yes and it will update and remove the disable on the phone
hard reset - hold the following buttons *, 3 (number button) and
talk/green key. turn on the phone and do not release those buttons
until you see the Nokia boot up screen. once you feel the phone power
up you can let go off the power button while still holding all three
buttons ...if this doesn't resolve the issue only option is to go to nokia store...for n79 this type of formatting will fix lot of software issues like this
Your phone is partly fried. It needs to be re-flashed. You can do it with a USB cable and the proper software....Google "bootloader USB" for some help in finding the software. One thing to try, hold down the "*" and "#" keys while powering up the phone, this could possibly help, but I doubt it.
Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, *
Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to
swtich on the phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 press and
keys until you see a formatting word screen show! 2. After a
minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone
back to original system and factory settting.
