NAVMAN iCN 520

Dear Sir,
I have a navigation NAVMAN iCN 520 and when I turn on this modul, I see on display this warning/notice: "Application Error, Code\Navigator\Gui\Unstable\apps\guiex.c, LINE: 775, TEST: modalO ! = NULL, Error during GUI modal call. Window not found".
Can you help me please find some solution to solve this problem? I used this navigator in United Kingdom without any problems. When I arrived home to Slovakia, I get this error.
Thanks in advance for your support and quick advice.

SOURCE: Navman F20 has come up with application

I solved the problem by pressing the re-set button (I had not realised that there was one!).

Navman icn 520 stuck on USB screen

I had this problem when I completely deleted the Backup folder from \My Flash Disk.

Restoring the backup folder allowed the 520 to operate properly again.

It is possible that you have a corrupted APPStartupSec.exe application. Without this file working it appears that the NAVMAN waits in USB mode for ever!

Hope this helps.

The CD is not available for download from Navman it seems, but you can get it at thepiratebay.com. Just search for 'navman icn' and you'll find what you need, I just did. Better learn how to download torrents though! :)

There should be a battery On/Off switch on the back. Have you tried turning it off, leaving it for 10 seconds then turning it back on?

Also, there should be a reset button either on the top or on the back. Hope this helps and solves your problem.
