The green Timer LED keeps blinking. I have tried a power off, System reset, changed the lamp and nothing seems to fix the problem. The timer led keeps blinking. Any ideas?

Same problem, green power light turns on, then after 45 minutes the red lamp light turns on. Changed bulb, same problem. No color on screen.

Code 12 means no error detected. However when your lamp wont light and you have replaced the lamp it is usually traced to the cpacitors on the PWB PCB that need replacement. You can get a repair kit for that model at the following link. Its called the V26 PWB PCB repair kit. which contains all the capacitors and a CD with the capacitor board locations and disassembly instructions and board Identification and full Service manual for that model DLP. Heres the link.

The pwb pcb capacitors will cause the no start condition. However that chassis has been plauged with bad capacitors on the FMY , signal and terminal PCBs as well. usually on set s that exhibit multiple symptoms its best to changed all capacitors 330uf and above on all four affected PCBs.

Pressing the front panel "INPUT' and "FORMAT"

complete all user settings will have to be set again. The

Yellow blinking light . what does it mean

A blinking yellow for this model indicates the TV is too hot, unplug & allow 30-45 min to cool before re-plugging .
OR: lamp not installed or lamp door not closed. there is a lamp door switch that may not be closing, simulating door not closed

LED Indications

The front panel Status LED provides an indication of

the set's operation and the possible cause of a malfunction.

If an abnormal condition is indicated, perform the

Self Diagnostics procedure.

Self Diagnostics

To activate, press the front panel <ACTIVITY> &<CH

??> buttons at the same time and hold for 5 seconds.

The STATUS LED will then flash denoting a two digit

code.

• The number of flashes indicates the value of the

MSD (tens digit) of the Error Code.

• The flashing then pauses for approximately 1/2

second.

• The LED then flashes indicating the value of the

(ones digit) of the Error Code.

• The Error Code is repeated a total of 5 times.

Example: If the Error Code is "23", the LED

will flash two times, pause, and then flash three

times.

Table 2-2: LED Indications

Error Codes, descriiptions and the most likely cause of

the error are listed in Table 2-3.

Note: The TV must be in "Shut Down." The LED

will probably be indicating an abnormal

condition. If the TV is switched Off, AC is

removed, or a System Reset is performed, the

code automatically resets to "12" No Error.

See the Error Code Log to retrieve a history of

errors.

Note: Use the front panel buttons, not the remote

control.

Note: If there is no response, the front panel may be

locked by a V-Chip setting. To unlock, press

and hold <ACTIVITY> on the front panel for

8 seconds.

Dear Sir, I have a NEC LT 260 K Lcd projector. The lamp of the lcd was busted.I replaced it with a new lamp. After replacing the lamp the lamp is not lighting when projector is put ON, I think the...

the clicking sound hopefully is the high voltage trying to start the lamp, but for some reason there may be a connection problem between the lamp and the projector power supply.
take the lamp out.

look at the lamp and check that the 2 connecting plugs are ok.
then look inside the projector at the power sockets that connect to the lamp (when it's installed).
check that the pins are not damaged or pushed down too far to prevent the lamp plugs making a proper connection with the power sockets in the unit.

Does anything start to work? Any of the three fans start to turn, Lamp ignite, etc., when you press the power button or does nothing happen before the Red LED starts blinking. How many times does the RED LED blink?

Red LED on honeywell r6660d

The problem is that the 2 units are "not speaking to each other". this could be caused by low batteries or a loss in signal caused by a powercut or an objection in the way of the 2 units.

first you need to turn the power off to the r666od (or otherwise known as the HC60NG) for 10 secs, then turn back on. then hold the grey button in for 15 secs. release then hold in for a further 5 secs.

go to the honeywell cm61 press the off button. hold temp up. temp down and prog 1 in for 3 secs until the dipslay goes to INST. at this point release all 3 buttons then press the i button until a beacon starts flashing.

this is now the end to your problem.

N.B the reason the green light was on is because the man override button will have been pressed.

hope this helps
