If the loading fails with an error message, try hitting F8 before the windows logo appears and from there Select "Safe Mode". If it works like that, one you're logged in Windows, perform a System Restore to an earlier point in time (when the computer worked).
try in safemode using f8, or else go to repair your computer in same screen and try system restore to reset computer to an earlier time. still not working then recovery is only option. use the alt+f10 keys on the system power up.
Try tapping F8 as soon as u turn on the computer.
If u are able to get in to the desktop, try system restore, which u can get by going in to the 'Repair my computer option' in the F8 menu.
If u are getting a back screen in safe mode also, try doing a complete system recovery, but u will lose all your datas.
Power Off computer. Turn it back ON then when you see gateway logo start tapping on the F8 key and it will take you to Windows Advanced Options. Select safemode and press enter. If it ask you to select a Operating System just press enter. You will see white text. Once you get to the icons on your desktop It will state that it is running in safemode click on yes, then go to Start Menu then All programs then Accessories then System tools then System Restore. Select to restore to an earlier date then in the calendar select a bolded date at least a week ago. Follow the prompts and your system will restart. This does not hurt to try. Hope that helps.
That's Blue Screen of Death. Start up ur pc in safemode by pressing F8 key while booting and uninstall any recent hardware or software installations. Or try System Restore to an earlier date. If u failed to boot up ur pc even in Safemode, make a clean and fresh OS installation.
It may be a hard drive problem or virus, try running the system operating disk that should have came with the computer or just buy a system disk and reformat the drive and put windows back on to it hope that helps.
Try booting into safe mode by pressing F8 when boot up starts. Choose safe mode. When it's booted up, right click on "my Computer" and choose properties. Click on advanced and choose the advanced tab. Go to performance and change the settings of Virtual Memory to what Windows Recommends.Restart.
Boot up in safemode and choose administrator and delete your account and make another new one.
Your documents and files will be saved in your c: drive.
To get into safemode reboot your computer and press F8 while your computer is loading before you see a screen. Scroll up to safemode and follow the screen.
