1.first thing take a bootable cd of xp or any O.S as you like..
2.Boot the CD from CD-Rom and it shows pressany key to boot..
press enter..and it boots
3. press A and enter... let it be setup files to be loaded..and it take 5 minutes to boot
4. and follow the instructions as it shows..
5. as you can format the entire HARD-disk or you can also format the particular Drive like C: and D:
by using the option D-DELETE, R- RECOVERY
and it can be formatted in NTFS
