Maybe you have a blown fuse, try to have a look first inside,if you have a blown fuse then replace it with the same rating,if it blows again replace your power regulator

My new tv house no sound

simple, if there is no audio cable connected to the ext audio jack going to surround sound, and it is a stand alone tv, just take it back to walmart, however, if you have connected the set for external audio you do need to tell the device in menu/system/audio and select the output type example LCM/ SPDIF/ or MPEG as well as speaker types small large or raw out to a surround reciever, i do know that sound bar devices connected to these sets have a bit of trouble working with these sets, however.......if the Tv is a standalone and nothing is connected to its audio out and sound is expected to come from tv onboard speakers, then, i would take it back to wallmart, however still sounds strange as when a sound card goes in these sets you will usually hear a high pitch screetching and whining almost identical to an old Short wave radio signal, if the speakers are totally silent i would try a factory reset first, or if your set is connected to internet try going through menu and doing an software update, if this fails seeing as it is new from walmart you say.....then as Samsung issue a standard 1 year warranty on this set you are entitled to a new ste, and do not let walmart convince you it is a problem between you and samsung now as they are the seller , they are responsible for replacing it and they deal with Samsung not you, this is shown in the goods and services act section 19, "If a product was purchased and not functioning as intended , the seller has the responsibility of replacing it" (ps Ebay also uses this policy worldwide as well) my recommendation is take it back to walmart, as when you turn on the set first start you should see the samsung splash logo and animation with sound at first run, if you did not hear this, then there is something faulty with its internal audio.

Symphonic TV has no sound unless I am playing games.

Could be something wrong with the tuner inside of the TV.

When you turn on the TV it makes this buzzing sound like something is spinning inside the TV. After a while the TV cut off on its own. It has a new bulb in it.

check the fan that cools the bulb. if its rubbing something that would make the buzzing sound, and if its not cooling the bulb it will shut off when it over heats.

Samsung TXN2668WHF Does not power on, blinking red light

Any malfunction associated with a flashing light usually indicates a circuit problem or defective component. Unfortunately, the days of taking off the back cover of your TV and replacing a defective tube or fuse are long gone. Proper servicing will require troubleshooting procedures that can only be performed by a qualified electronic repair facility or professional television repair person. Ask for an estimate and a realistic appraisal of whether the set can be adequately fixed. Depending on the age and condition of your TV it may not be cost effective to repair.

Samsung TXJ2754 (27") DVD issues (Sound but no Picture)

Assuming you have picture on the TV when hooked up to cable, antenna or satellite I would take the DVD player to a friends house to see if it worked on their set (using your cables of course). If you can't get a picture on your TV no matter what, then it could be either the Jungle IC or EEPROM IC inside the set. Since it displays "No Video Signal" on the screen, that leaves out the High Voltage section of the TV. My main suspicion would be the video cable or settings on the DVD or TV.
