Question about Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation
This is the second 4gb Nano silver I've gone through. The first one i only had for a few months and it wouldnt turn on. The people at Best Buy said it probably had something to do with charging it on the computer. So they gave me a new Ipod and a wall Charger and said to charge it with that. I charged it once on there and it worked fine. now it says Connect to Power Low Battery. and When i connect it to the wall charger nothing happens! the light will turn green but when i try to turn it on Nothing happens. It stays the same. What should i do?! PLEASE HELP!
I would suggest you try charging the unit this one time by connecting it to the computer. I suspect that the charger may be defective if plugging the wall charger into the iPod has no effect on the low battery warning. If the iPod is able to be charged from the USB port on your computer that would tend to confirm that the charger is not working. If the iPod does not charge when connected to either the computer or the wall charger then you may very well have a another defective iPod.
