Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Panasonic37 lcd vieralink tv,behind screen damage showing cracks, only wen switchd on,has sound no pictre.wen off looks just new,as only 7mnths old dont no wot to do with it,as repair prob cost mor than tv

You can try and sell it to a service center that will buy it for its parts. Find out where to dispose of electronics in your area from your local legislator's office. Some manufacturers offer a percentage off a new television purchased from them when this happens though I don't know if Panasonic is one of them.

Why the screen on my Nikon Dx40 doesnt go on- so you cant see wha yo are pictring - so I should see only through the little lense.

The D40x works as SLRs have worked for half a century. You have to compose the picture through the viewfinder. The LCD screen is for menus, settings, and reviewing pictures after they've been taken. The LiveView capability allowing you to compose on the screen is a relatively new development, which Nikon introduced into their cameras with the D3 and D300, introduced years after the D40x.

Sorry if that wasn't the answer you wanted to see, but that's the way the D40x works.

Inside screen has small crack in it and only getting half of tv

For the cost of the panel, you could purchase a 65" LCD TV with a service contract and delivery. For some reason, Sharp replacement LCD panels have such a cost factor that repair is never economical. It's a sad ordeal, because they do make a reliable product (which I do recommend). I hope this was helpful, best wishes.

You should be able to reset or set that from the setup menu.

Picturestuff is refusing to work

Check and see if the school website had a memory size limit for their pictures. Your picture may be too large. Or it could be the wrong file format. Find out what those two things are (from your schools web site), open your picture on your computer, goto file, click on Save as...., and then save it to the setting the school requires (don't forget to use a different save name on your picture or else you will lose the orignal, and then upload the new picture.

We have sound but no picture on Phillips flatscreen television

Take a flashlight and shine it on the screen when you have sound, look very close, can you see a video image? If so the inverter is probably bad.
Let me know and I will assist further.

Help! My TV is turning red

It may be a problem in the picture tube of your TV set. It may be because of various problems such as you might have wiped your TV screen with a cloth or some thing very harshly or your TV is in a position that it receives direct air from an AC or a room cooler.

If u have a plasma TV which do not have any picture tube then u may have pressed the screen hardly.

The solution for a TV with a picture tube is that you may need 2 change your pictr tube or call an expert from the company from where u purchased you TV.

If its a TV with a LCD screen then u may need to adjust the contrast to a lower pictr quality or u may need to refill the liquid inside the screen.

Lines in every pictre ,

Many compact digitals (of all brands) use a Sony sensor and Sony had a bad batch go through and the sensor's contacts are failing.  If you are getting images corrupted with lines, bad/weird colour or severe noisy hash, you may well have a dud sensor.  Check the canon web site for a list of effected cameras and/or contact Canon service.
Canon is replacing effected sensors free of charge regardless of warranty status.
