Question about Dell Dimension 2400 PC Desktop
I think ya may find the reason ya PC "Lost" the driver is because the DVD has faulted?
However if this is NOT the case simply Unplug ALL connections to the DVD, restart the PC, then shutdown... then re-attach the DVD Power & Data Cables... restart ya PC, "It" should thben detect and install the relevent "Driver" from it's own database.. ya should be good to go. If not then the DVD is Kaput sry.
Hope this helps
