The thermostat wire that you connected to the circuit board is only too long and touching anouther terminal or the insulation on the green wire is bad or last but hardly ever, the fan circuit board is stuck ,which the factory test the systems before shipping out, so the problem is HUMAN ERROR on your part. Thanks, from koolbreezes!

My goodman furance runs on full cycle then it won't start again til i turn power off then back on

May be a stuck relay on the circuit board. The only other thing I can think of would be a thermostat having intermittent problems.

Can an electrical short in one of the wires to the inducer fan motor be repaired on goodman gas furance

Sounds like you just have a loose connection. Make sure all the wires are connected and tight. Make sure power is off to the unit to prevent electrical shock.

I have a Goodman gas furnance. The furmance kicks on the glow rod lights and then the furnance shuts down after about 60 seconds it goes through the same cycle. The burners never come on. What's wrong?

Gas valve is not kicking in or gas shut offs are off. Can you check voltage where 2 wires connect to gas valve. Can you see blinking lights thru lower door window and count blinks. Code sticker should be on inside of lower door.

They should have said located on a control board.
This is usually located behind the bottom door where
the blower motor is located. It usually is mounted in
front of the blower.

On the back of the door you will take off is a chart
that tells you how many blinks relative to what your
problem may be

Goodman a/c blower runs on auto and humidity problems

Is the air cold inside? You are talking about the fan inside? Have system check for freon but more than likely, it sounds like a t'stat problem. And it's not normal for the fan to run constantly.

Furnance not starting

Try cleaning the flame sensor. Its the most common problem on todays furances. You should clean it with a fine grit sandpaper or emery cloth once a year.
