Motorola c168i network pin needed (by 8 users)

im using a motorola c168i that is locked to at&t with imei 011309004292332.. im trying to use it here in the philippines with another sim card and everytime i do so it keeps on asking for the network pin. pls help

How do I unlock a Motorola C168i cellfone?
It was bought in the US (service provider was AT&T) and I wanna use it in India.
