Web cam is not connected!!!

My Acer Aspire 5720-4353 webcam stop working. This is only 2 months old. How come when I used the yahoo messenger when I click the view my webcam it appears webcam is not connected. I restore it already but still it did not work.

hmmmm,
Make sure it is plugged in fully and has the appropriate software drivers installed
