It needs a new timer. You can easily fix this but the part can be expensive. New timers can cost up to $100. It may not be worth it. Call an appliance parts store in your area and get a price quote. Have the model and serial number available when you call. If it is more than a few years old try a used appliance dealer, they may sell you a used part. It is easy to replace, just keep track of the wires. Sometimes the part you get will be made by a different compayn than the one you have. This is ok it will still fit. Just match the wire colors or numbers.

I have a Bosch avantixx and it has not completed the cycle, still wet clothes in the tub and I cannot open. It stoped and flashes E13

You can try unplugging it from the power source for 2 minutes and then plug it back in and see if the code clears.

Maytag washing machine is not stoping puring watter in the moment of wash

The water inlet valve needs replacing.
Over time they lose tension on the spring and the seal wears out cause the inlet valve to constantly let water in.
Hope this helps!?
