Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I thought my black cartridge was out because it was not printing so I replaced it and it still doesn't work. I can find no place where it gives me an option on my computer to fix the nozzles or to problem solve. HELP
Try a "hard restart", which simply means unplugging the power cord of the printer, and replugging it after one minute has passed. If that does not work, then rerun the CD used to install the printer. Both techniques reprogram the electronics, to a certain extent.
The HP website lists solutions to various printer problems. They also have a tollfree number to call, in case you want to talk to a technician.
