Acer Aspire 5315 Booting Error

Got advise before BOOTMGR is Missing Press Ctrl +Alt +Del to Restart was advised to put recovery Dvd in nothing happens!

Acer Technical Advise is Hold Down Alt Repeatedly Press F10 this causes a system recovery

Wizcheck in bios the first boot device is the cd/dvd rom then you try to reload the os
