they are 4 type to troubleshoot this problem!
1. Dirty Lens (Clean the Lens)
2. You have dafective Flex ribbon Wire (Replace a new one)
3. You have defective Pickup lens (Replace a new one)
4. You have defective Motherboard (replace a new one)
This is a simple troubleshoot a DVD all types...
But for me try the 123 not 4 if you have a knowledge in basic electronic repairing...
