How Product Repair Works
Nikon understands that your product is very important to you. To expedite servicing your product, you may access repair status, approvals for repair requests, get shipping information, track your shipment (for UPS shipments only) or send an email to the service department.

For service, please create a packing list
for the items to be sent into Nikon Service in addition to obtaining a shipping label and shipping instructions.

Dealer Service Accounts
If you have a service account, please log in to your dealer service account
to view and manage the status of all open service orders. You will also be able to view and track service orders that are in transit now or have been returned to you within the past 7 days.
