Fixya can only supply you with a digital copy of the manual, if you want a paper copy you must contact NEC or search ebay for someone selling the paper manual.

Have just purchased two terminals, When turned on the top left hand display panel shows E003 wrong operator message. Have looked at user manual but unclear about what to do next..... please help

Look up some of the verbiage in the user manual and/or online at VSR or forums about Casio POS QT-series terminals about setting the things up! It's not going to sit there and talk about setting up your menu, table layout, scheduling wait staff and taking pictures of your barkeepers' work until you load up some software....

Changing date & time on the QT-6000

1. Press [Mode]
2. Press [PGM1]
3. Input current time (in 24hours format, eg 9:30pm = 2130)
4. Press [X/Date time]

Although I don't have a manual for you, I do have extensive knowledge about this POS system. You may email me directly if you wish. [email protected] Is this a system you are currently using or did you perhaps purchase it from ebay or an auction and would like to get it running?

Because there are so many business's buying up these "Quiznos" POS systems, I have decided to program these machines as a full time career. I have just created a simple website which is just basically contact information at this time. www.pb5800.com It is my future plan to build this website up for help and support for all NEC PB5800 owners.
