Question about Brother Fax Machines

I need to replace the toner on our brother 2820 fax, and no one here has any idea how to do it. Please help

you must have remove the white mylar sheet from the catridge when loading it...if yes! you got to find back the white mylar (plastic sheet) that slot in between the drum and charger roller placed it back ( the position must be accurate) then slot in back the catridge.The white mylar sheet is to reset the drum life counter

THE DRUM AND THE TONER CARTRIDGE IS IN SIDE OF THE MACHINE.OPEN THE COVER AND YOU WILL SEE THE DRUM CARTRIDGE,TTAKE OUT THE DRUM UNIT. ITTELLS YOU ON THE DRUM UNIT THE NUMBER DR    IT IS SOLD IN OFFICE DEPOT OR OFFICE MAX OR STAPLES, MAKE SURE THAT YOU ONLY USE BROTHER PRODUCTS. GOOD LUCK BROTHER SR TECH

Change toner error brother 2820 mach has new brother toner ctg


with machine on, open front cover, press the "options" button, you should see "replace drum?" press the "start" key then 1 then 0. display should show accepted for a couple of secs. then show cover open. close front cover and message should be gone. if not, you will have to contact Brother.

Fax 2820 will not print. pages are blank


what do you mean printing stage?for the blank pages,it may only require cleaning.check the toner save setting,make sure it is off.clean the scanner glass of the machine,or you may just need to replace the drum

Intellifax 2820 plain paper fax


Take it out with the drum unit and make sure the toner is in the drum unit right. If it was ok before you changed the toner then you did something wrong. reinstall the drum and toner after you check it. Lawrence

The toner cartridge is in the drum unit. push the blue lever and the toner pops out, make sure you have a toner cartridge in the drum unit. Lawrence
