Remove fill hoses remove a zillions screws from back remove belt from pulleys remove 2-4 bolts from motor and slide toward front unplug wire harness

I understand that you are trying to replace the selector knob on your Frigidaire washer, GLTF2940E. Normally this is not a DIY job and we would recommend having a technician come out to the home in order to properly disassemble your front panel and replace the selector knob as needed. Hello - Typically error code 59 indicates that that washer is not detecting a tacho signal for three seconds. Contact a professional to move forward accurately. Technician will need to remove the belt from the motor, spin the motor pulley and diagnose the speed control board.
