Ipod not working
ever since i went on holidays my ipod won't turn on. i get the apple symbol for about 10 secs, then a message flashes up telling me that i need to go to www.apple/ipod/solutions.com when i went there they tell me to reset ipod, but i cant do this, i cant do anything with it!!! please help

have you tried plugging it in? if it doesn't work when it plugs in, then try forcing it into disk mode. depending on the ipod, it's usually holding down the menu and center button, then once the apple pops up, then hold the center and left....more information on what kind of ipod you have would be helpful.
