the red light wont stay on when its charging

red light turns on then off then nothing if this is a common problem it makes sence to notify this in the manuel

Apprenticeyea same thing happen to me just for the past week at first it just didn't charge & lasted for 10 mins now it won't even flash MOTROLA U ****!!! I WANT REFUND FOR MY H550 Buetooth
