Hi there,

When you installed the software, the first thing you should see on the monitor is the change in the resolution, contrast, hue etc and it should ask you if you agree or not.
The software comes with a manual and the manual should tell you what PC (windows Xp, 7, vista etc) is compatible for it.

My video card fried, bought a new one, plugged it in, monitor display

Possible reasons:

> The newly bought GCard not compatable with the motherboard (Check for PCI-E/AGP logo on your Gard box and see if your motherboard supports the same.)

>There might be issues with the your SMPS (Damaged/Over current supply/Current Fluctuations, possible cause for getting a fried video card you mentioned.)

See if this helps.

No detect in my PC

>Check for physical connection of your graphics card, remove the case and see if it is perfectly fit it.

>Check for plug and play devices in services( Run>Services>Plug and play>Properties>See if it is started or enabled.

>Check for driver, incorrect driver could cause you the issue.

>Check in device manager if there is any IRQ conflict. If so, rollback the driver.

>If you have a system restore checkpoint, revert back to the previous settings. This might help you to solve the issue.

Does the above tips help you to solve the issue?
