Broken screen

Most rear projection screen are only secured with a few screws along the bottom side of the screen frame behind the speaker grille . so you have to remove the speaker grille cover then remove the screen frame screws then just slide the frame assembly up to disengage the upper clips.If you dont see any screws through the rear cabinet into the frame this is how your screen frame should come off
