I would recommend that you connect to the router via a cable
to complete the following set up, otherwise you will lose wireless connection
during the process and this complicates things and takes longer.
1 Open a web Browser and type 192.168.2.1 in the web address
bar and press "Enter".
2 In the newly opened Authentication box type in the user
name and password. The default is Username admin Password 1234. Click the OK
3 Click the General Setup Button.
4 Click the Wireless Button.
5 Ensure that wireless is enabled at the top of the box and select
the security settings option and click next.
6 In the WDS security settings Box set the dropdown to WPA pre-share
7 Select WPA (TKIP) and Passphrase
8 enter your phrase in the pre-share key box and click apply
9 when connecting wirelessly you will be asked for your
passphrase in order to connect.
You are now secure.
