You're lucky. My pouch won't even go in! Poor quality product and as I've had it in the box for so long before trying it, I can't even send it back!

I jammed the laminating machine, so I unscrewed and opened the machine...but now I don't know how to roll out the paper? Please help me find a way to take this out without breaking the machine!

Carefully try to turn the roller one direction and then the next. If they move, you will see the feed direction the paper loaded from. Carefully move the rollers in the opposite direction letting the paper unwind. Do not force the gears. Hopefully the paper is not fused to the rollers.

How do I remove the back of my GBC laminator to remove paper that is stuck inside the unit?

First, you must take out 4 screws out of the cover on each side of the laminator , then you will see the screws that hold the back panel onto the laminator. West Laminating secs 405-324-6092

Paper rolled on heater roller. How do I remove?

I fix roll laminators for a living. Its best with GBC machines to remove wraps where the film is stuck to the roller hot. trying to remove ilm adhered to the roller cold can not jusst remove the film but the rubber roller surface. Do note GBC heat rollers espically the red ones are over 500 bucks each:( Its easy to damage those rollers making the machine junk....

Some one at work tried to laminate a card. when it did not come out she put in another sleeve thinking it would push the other out. smart uh! how do we get the 2 pages out?

If you were using GBC brand laminating pouches they don't need a carrier, if you were using another brand of laminating pouches, then a carrier is needed (something they don't clearly specify) and that's why the laminating pouch got stuck.
If you have had the laminator under a year, it should be under warranty, and you can call the company, and they will send a replacement, and they will probably then inform you of the above listed laminating pouch issue.
You may also want to try using the reverse button, but many times the pouches will get stuck between several rollers, and you risk destruction of the entire machine by attempting to take them out manually.

The paper stuck in the printer. What should I do? How can I get it from printer?

stuck where one is left to wonder...., one removes jams by open rear door or front and removing toner, or cassette, if it is crumpled in fuser, then it aint easy without pulling it apart, sometimes a manual feed via hand of a pice of stiff card or laminate in direction of paper path (dont pull it against direction nor should jams be pulled backwards), cut a point in lamiante to allow you to poke then pull threw removing paper fragments

My printer says "close document feeder cover". I don't know where this is

It is talking about the flap that is on the very top just above where one puts in an original to auto feed on to the glass, this access cover is required to be open and closed by the machine because it feels something is holding it open or its switch that tells it such is stuck. Maybe a jam from last original fed into it..

The cover once open check around for paper fragment and inspect little levers that hang down, one is stuck or there is paper stuck in Document feeder

I have found that often label bits, paper clips, punch bits and small corners of paper often get in the path, I use a piece of laminate cut so it has a v or a point and feed it in the document feeder, manually inserting it in the direction a piece of paper normal travels in it.

Push it all the way threw not pulling back (bad for it) to do so poke the point threw, you will need the top cover open and lift off the glass, so you can grap the point and pull the laminate threw.

you need to use the carrier (cardboard cover) that the lamination paper comes with.. if you dont use the carrier your plastic will stick to the hot rollers... you will need to take it apart and clean out the plastic.. easy to dow hen it is cold peels off easily... pain in the neck getting it back together as the wires in the front interfere with the front screw post...
