CD/DVD drive problem

When I try to play a DVD movie I get this message ( DISK ERROR ) I tried several other DVD movies and I get the same response, however all DVDs that I tried to play are good and play just fine on another player. It's possible that I might have to replace the DVD drive and if so where can I get replacement parts for this unit. Any help would be appreciated.
