I would help you but I do not know what operating system your computer runs so i cannot tell which driver you want for the printer you did not specify the model of!

Printer/scanner won't work


Should just be 1 disk for the install. Go to your devices and make sure your printer is plugged in to the power and to the computer. Click on add a printer, select add a local printer, and the computer should scan and recognize your plugged in printer and install it again. If your computer doesn't see the device, check your cable.

You most likely have ONLY installed the Printer side of the software... you ALSO need to install the "Scanner" part too. Go to the web site and get the FULL version for your software.

Do i need more than just the drivers installed in order for the scanner to work? ie. Do I need the kodak software?


You will need the install disk to have your copier, scanner, etc to work properly\
You can contact the manufacturer for the installation disk or re install using the disk provided with the unit.
this should restore the scanner operation if you have lost that function.
2. check the user's manual for specific instruction on the scanner usage.

Is this a all in one scanner/printer/fax/copier? What is the model???
1. Use the software disk that came with the device as opposed to trying to add it via plug and play and letting the PC recognize it. The drivers are on the CD.

2. Close down your internet connection.
3.Disable the anti Virus Program.
4 Go to Start./printer faxes- click on the printer icon right cliuck remove printer.

go to left panel - click install printer
Insert the Software disk install printer driver.
Restart the machine on the prompt

Scanner problem


Have you installed the Installation programs off the disk that came with the unit? Just plugging the unit into the computer may generate GENERIC drivers for the printer but nothing else.

Put the disk that came with the unit into the Disk Ddrive and run the Installation Program. This will install both the Drivers and the Interface Programs for your unit.

If you have installed the Drivers from the disk and it still won't work, try this:

RIGHT click on My Computer - select Properties - then select Device Manager. Any problems will be displayed by having a Yellow exclamation mark alongside the item. RIGHT click the item with the exclamation mark and select Update Driver (have your disks ready). This will install the correct drivers for your unit.

If all of this fails, contact the retailer and get them to check it out (I assume it is still on warranty).

Installing lexmark x2350 software


Go to the control panel and select printers.
Select add printer.
Install the printer and when asked for the driver point the wizard to the cd.
