Question about Dryers
I don't know if you have figured it out but it took me awhile ha ha ha yes the positioning is important but before you add the wire to the plastic rack if you look on the sides there is more than just one hole you can adjust the length that is needed for the size of her dryer

Yes - drum revolves around rack. Shouldn't tumble!
Insert the dryer rack inside the dryer drum. You must line up the wire on the back of the rack with the ledge of the inner dryer panel. Front of rack tucks into or above lint trap
