You probably have a deceased rodent, who got in there and electrocuted himself. Really, I'm not joking

I own a Toshiba 62HM95. It's about 5 years old. It was turning off and on, but now nothing. Any idea what it could be?

I think the problem is coming form your lamp if you have not replaced it before but if you just recently replaced it then I would have to say you have a bad ballast here is a store that carries your lamp

We have Toshiba 42" Plasma TV about 4 yrs old. The past couple of weeks we've noticed that there is a horizontal rolling band of pinkish color (about 8-10" band.) We really notice it when there are people...

Im pretty sure its not the television. You are getting interference from either through your cable box or your electric in the house. Possible bad dimmer switch.

Washer smells like electrical burning

Peace aminajmay,
ngafm At your service!

Sounds like an electrical fault.
If I were there hands on I could be definite.

Only a hands on laundry tech can make the diagnoses.

BUT, how old is the washer?

If the appliance is 10 years old or more you it may not be advisable to put good money into bad!
New appliances are so much more efficient today that they can save you a lot of money in energy!
Water,Electric and detergent! And put money back in your pocket!
The new appliance will pay for itself in only a few years!

Toshiba 61H70 Weird Convergence Issue?

They may have gotten some cheap convergence ICs, thats a real possibility. I would recommend switching the two origional STK392-110 with some STK392-150 they will run alot cooler and last alot longer. Just use a good coating of heat sink compound on the back of the ICs. I will post a link where you can get top quality Convergence ICs and they provide free instalation instructions with pictures so you can do the job yourself in under an hour and save quite a bit of money. Heres the link.

Toshiba TV/DVD combo turns on then off again.

try letting it sit for 15-20 minutes unplugged from the wall and maybe try another outlet depending on if u got plugged in to a power strip, possibly pulling to much power from that perticular outlet.
