Make sure your contrast isn't set too high. Most ghosting is caused by either contrast, brightness or tint issues. Try adjusting these settings. Also check if there is a Dynamic contrast setting for your TV as well as this can cause ghosting also.

go nto the main setting and clear everything and reset it you will have to start from new but the brightness will improve

When the TV is on, if you look at the screen and can see dark images, then you will need to replace both the inverters. The inverters drive/power the back light inside the LCD to show the images. You may have to try and different channels and or inputs to truly see if you can see dark images while the TV is on. If you are hearing audio from a channel or an input then you should be able to see the dark images if just the inverters are bad.
If the screen is dead black without any dark images, then typically your LCD screen/module is bad.
If the TV powers up (power supply is good), you have audio and the remote will work with the TV (the main board is good), the only parts left is the inverters or the LCD screen/module.

Dark as in gone or dark as in the image is still viewable?  How does the onscreen menu look when the image is dark/gone?  If the onscreen menu looks right and the image is still dark, you might want to check the cables or another input.  If another device using different cables and another input looks fine, you may only have a problem with the input/cable you are using to view the movie.  If the onscreen menu is also dark, then I would think there is an internal problem that needs looking into.

first GET TO AUTO MODE WITH FULL AUTO
if this doesn't work try going to manual and setting the exposure up to +1 or +2

Video will not be able to display the dark lines becoz its samling rate is low and so it cannot display detailed image.

With your 6 MP camera , the reason for the images having dark lines is that,

The SENSOR present inside your digital camera may have been covered by dirt or it may have some lines over it. so it is obvious for the images to reflect that.

So i suggest you to check the sensor with your service center.

No, not really. For a digicam, it has simply amazingly low noise and a very sharp image. Your shot was shot at ISO320 - there's naturally going to be a little noise in the image. Even DSLRs when shot at higher ISOs like that tend to pick up a little bit of noise. Try shooting at lower ISOs like 64 or 100 to keep noise levels to a minimum. Even in your pic, I didn't see any noise in the shadows, looks quite good.
