When I turn on my computer monitor it goes to sleep within a few seconds. What can I do?

For desktop computers: check that the computer is on. Make sure that the monitor is connected to the correct port on your computer. Some desktops have graphics ports on the motherboard and a separate video card. In that case, the motherboard port(s) will be disabled.

Try a different cable and make sure that both ends are secured properly. (If there are multiple input options on the computer and the monitor, try a different port. Sometimes, a port fails. There are adapters available for DVI to VGA or DVI to HDMI if you don't have extra inputs on the monitor.)

Try a new video card and check that your Power Supply is rated to power the entire system. (Some video cards will not work at all if the power supply does not provide enough power to the card. Some power supplies have multiple rails and can't give enough power even though the overall power is sufficient.) Unfortunately, if you have been using a video card, connecting the

If you are connecting the monitor to a laptop, make sure that the external video port is enabled. Some machines will have the port disabled to save power.

If this was the first time using the monitor, make sure that the computer was off when you connected the cable. Then turn on the monitor and select the appropriate input (if needed) before turning on the computer.

I hope this helps.

My emachine monitor keep saying no singale

May be a bad pin (bent over or missing) on your monitor cable to the video jack on your computer. If a bent pin, you can straighten it with small needle nose pliers; VERY SLOWLY--fast moves can fracture the pin and break it. If a pin is missing (broken off), the connector must be replaced. If connector looks good, and is not a molded, but a soldered type, a broken solder joint can be repaired, If it is a molded cable, the entire cable must be replaced.
I focused on the cable because this is the most common cause of "no signal", and further troubleshooting would be 'involved', to say the least.

The Red is missing?

It's either the cable or the video card then. Easiest fix is to try a new cable (on both monitors). If it still doesn't work, replace the video card. It's a cheap fix but be careful to order one compatible for your machine...

I bought a Tv Crative usb2.02 TV Box which supposed to have a Trident Video Usb driver but my computer comes up with usb device mailfunction and windows does not reconize it What do I do? It will go on...

As with any USB problem, our first port of call is Device manager, now Uninstall the entire thing ALL the USB, after that Reboot, wait until at desktop next, wait for a few minutes, NOW, install ANY/ALL software that came with your device, Reboot, DO NOT plug in your USB device UNLESS ASKED, Reboot, now when at desktop next time, wait again a few min's and THEN, plug in your USB device, you should hear the familiar, Dong, Dong, and it will install itself, it may ask where the "Drivers" are, if so, point it to them, and it will/should proceed, after which, still connected Reboot, NOW this time, you should be able to use your device. DO NOT miss any steps. especially the rebooting ones.

RGB port

A VGA & RGB port is the same thing. RGB is Red/ Green/ Blue for seperate input & VGA the video graphics array which does the same thing.
A DVi is an entirely different type of input port for digital input where your VGA port is more for analogue type inputs

How do I replace the front wheel bearings on a Mazda 626 1998

The front bearings on a mazda 626 are sealed and you must remove the entire hub assembly to have a shop or dealer install the bearings. The hardest part is you need to remove the center axel nut and it is very tight and is called a stake nut. If you do not have a fairly good amout of skill at repairs, this is one job that is safest left to the pros. Just one missed step can create more damage than you could beleive.
