I have an LG Venus mobile phone and all of a sudden the touch screen won't work, i have taken out the battery and powered down my phone, nothing seems to work.

- Some times when I look through my pictures my LG Venus freezes. I can't turn it off and it wont budge. It usually stays frozen for about 2 hours and then the battery dies. - Guest
