Clicking noise and won't feed when feeding document... (by 2 users)

There is a loud clicking noise and the document won't feed into the fax machine. I have to push the document to get it to feed into the fax machine. Also I have another same machine that might need to replace the fuser. Would you please give instruction on how to dissemble the machine to replace the fuser (I can swap part from another machine). Do you know where I can download a free repair/service manual.

MY FAX WILL FEED BUT MAKES A LOUD CLICKING NOISE WHEN IT FEEDS OR TURNS ON. WORRIED THAT THIS WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE.IT WILL FEED PAPER THOUGH AND OPERATES NORMALLY OTHERWISE
