I would check to see if I had the most current driver. If not uninstall your current driver, download the new driver for your printer and operating system from the following website and install:

Why dont you try uninstalling this form your PC/laptop and reinstalling it again.

if you are a tech and have opened one of these before, clean the service station on the right side, oil the carrage rod. time about 1.0 to 1.5 hours. most of the time this is the problem on inkjets.
