Question about Frigidaire ATF6000ES Front Load Washer
I have read some things on the site saying I need to remove the front panel of the washer cause I have an E20 error which is a clocked drain pump. So I read that I need to unscrew the 4 screws @ the bottom of the washer. I have done that, but the top part of the washer wont come off. Do I need to remove the rubber wall of the washer door?
This doesn't look like the best designed machine in the world for getting access to the drain pump.
You aren't going to get in through the front. Don't attempt to remove the door seals (only bad things will come of this!)
Looking at the diagrams in ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Webster/5995464004.pdf, I think your best route in is to tip the machine back (careful it doesn't topple onto you) and go in through the bottom.
Your first target is the strainer shown as item 40 on page 6. If that's clear, then look in items 41 and 35.
