I have just bought Ikasu Wireless Keyboard with trackball, and the cd won't load on my pc for it.

Its telling me it's not the correct format or that it may be corrupted.

    Help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

I got mine from Bid TV I am reluctant to return it as it is only a matter of getting the driver downloaded.

Have you had any help in this case yet?

I have the same key board runnig on windows xp pro.
the solution is to run the software disk first, once loaded, plug in the docking charger with mouse docked, red light will show on the docking.
install will immediately detect new hardware in system tray and it will automatically install from software all ready loaded, leave to charge for 4 to 6hrs, click connect button on front of docking charger at same time as you click connect button onthe back of the mouse and then click connect button located on underside of keyboard...job done, kind reguards..sue.

But m310 says drivers wont install

Try installing the drivers for your hardware prior to plugging in the device. You should be able to do this with the CD you received with the product. If you do not have a CD or the CD did not work properly, visit the following support website for the Logitech Wireless Mouse M310 to download appropriate drivers and software:

Hi Tony,
It appears that you have an IBM desktop whose BIOS isn't capable of booting off of a USB keyboard and mouse device. Older computers used to require that a PS2 mouse and keyboard be attached before booting, to prevent you from booting a machine without any way of controlling it. You have 3 options:

1. leave the corded mouse and keyboard attached and never use them
2. update the BIOS for your desktop to the newest one in hopes that the updated BIOS will allow for USB mouse and keyboard operation
3. go to a computer store and get a PS2 to USB converter/adapter. They're small and relatively inexpensive. It plugs into the PS2 port, and makes your computer think that there's a PS2 device connected, when it's actually a USB device.

Cannot download vista driver for Belkin wireless keyboard and optical mouse. I currently only have a cd for XP so wont load on to vista.

Have you tried Belkin's support website? If it's not there it may not officially be supported in Vista.

Have you tried loading the drivers for XP on it? Put the XP cd in the drive, but don't open the cd. Then, go to Device Manager > right click the keyboard or mouse > Update Driver, and then tell it not to search automatically, and tell it to search the cd for the driver, then continue. If it finds a driver it will load it.

How do you install dell wireless mouse and wireless keyboard?

Hi,
You should have got a install CD with the wireless keyboard and mouse, just pop the disk in the drive, run it and install the drivers, then connect the receiver to a USB port and let the system install the drivers, to connect them and make them work look for a small button under the keyboard and mouse and press them to connect.

Good luck

Don't run the setup program. Instead reboot your computer and use the windows add hardware wizard to install the drivers from the CD. The windows hardware wizard will detect several different devices, allow it to install them all from the CD.
